Our approach involved analyzing and designing a tailored Salesforce solution that enhanced data management and customer relationships, streamlining operations and boosting decision-making capabilities.

In our Project Management class, we managed a detailed project with clear milestones and used an RCI Matrix to define roles clearly. Regular Microsoft Teams and Scrum meetings with our project sponsor kept everyone aligned, while a concluding fundraiser showcased our practical execution and teamwork.
